# Rebels Rugby GA

> Community youth rugby club in Roswell, Georgia, established 2013. Coed programs for ages K to 18, plus separate High School Girls and High School Boys teams. This site is the club's newsletter archive. Everything here is public information for local families.

Rebels Rugby GA serves Roswell and the surrounding North Atlanta area, including Alpharetta, Milton, and Johns Creek. Players come from any school. No experience is required to start, and most players had never touched a rugby ball before their first session.

The club plays in the Georgia Rugby Union (GRU) and the State Youth Rugby Organization (SYRO), sanctioned under USA Youth & High School Rugby.

## Programs

- **U8, U10, U12**: coed, one continuous "Fun & Fundamentals" season running October through April. One registration covers the whole season. U8 is touch only, U10 and U12 progress from touch to tackle. Age is set as of September 1.
- **High School Girls and High School Boys**: separate teams with their own coaches. Two seasons and two registrations: Fall 7s runs August through December, Spring 15s runs January through April. Age grades U14 (12-13), U16 (14-15), and U19 (16-18) combine into shared sides based on numbers and skill.
- **Touch Tuesdays**: free summer sessions, open to all, at Roswell Area Park.
